For all our deliveries, we use a range of carriers to deliver your products to you and can offer the following options:
UK Tracked – Orders under 2kg: £3.95 (2-3 working days)
UK Tracked – Orders Over 2kg: £5.95 (2-3 working days)
*Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not working days
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from completion of payment. For multiple orders, dispatch time may vary according to availability of stock.
Production for any bespoke products can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete before we can dispatch them.
Please be aware that orders to delivery addresses other than billing (registered card holder) address, may not be processed for security reasons.
Packaging:
Wherever possible we try to recycle packaging. This will on occasion mean that the packaging in which you receive your order may not represent the contents. If you feel that you may have received the wrong item(s) please check the contents of your parcel before contacting Customer Care.
Delivery Service
Most products are generally delivered by courier or post and will be delivered by Royal Mail or DHL. Large orders orders of wood will be delivered by a specialist pallet transporation company and it is you resposibilty to be available for the arranged delivery time.
